Everyone really is getting rid of these 19's, have retailers just ordered in a new batch or something?
#3
sorry, voted cold in favour of the HannsG widescreen on amazon for £111.62 delivered
#4
not better than the daewoo from scan. And if you've got free delivery you are OK.
#5
what daewoo from scan are you referring to?

I'm guessing this is the monitor he is talking about, it looks really good.

Hm cold, wonder why.

Anyways for £30 more get 20" but more importantly with 40% more desktop space with 1680x1050 resolution:

...always interesting to see 'cold' voting. In this case I suspect a lack of knowledge about Yuraku. Although this is not a household name over here there is some substance to the company and this product is an acceptable budget offering at a fair price.
#9
well the cold button is there so i pushed it because if 'i' had the money i would rather go for the HannsG as it has DVI. Are we not allowed to push the cold button anymore?? I did give a reason ;-) lol

yeah but thats £130 with delivery. You can save yourself £20 with the hannsG. Might as well just go for the HP and cashback option and get yourself a 20.1'' widescreen for £10 more @ £140

Not a bad price for widescreen but with the 20" 1680x1050 prices dropping lately its no wonder these 19" screens are getting so cheap.

I bought a 19" widescreen (octigen) with similar stats off of Dabs.com for about £104.00 about 4 months ago. Larger monitors have been falling in price - but always remember when upgrading to a flatscreen LCD/TFT monitor that they need to be run in the native resolution for best effect. You need a video card good enough for that resolution to get the best results.
