or 13.99 per month and £10 handset cost (£346).

Is this a Fixed price per month for the full term? (£18.99 per month EXACTLY EVERY MONTH)
OR
Will EE be putting up the price at will, every year?(£18.99 per month this year, then a rise next year, then a rise the year after?)

weren't the rules change so they couldn't? I thought if they tried then you could leave the contract, or have they already worked out a way round that?

im with orange now i wonder if they will tag on the remainder of my contract onto the new bundle ?

Insist on Fixed means Fixed for ALL future long term monthly contracts, get it in writing specifically that prices will categorically NOT rise for the full length of your contract, don't sign without recording any telephone sales so you can fight your corner if you are mis-sold once they decide to put up the price mid-term

All these bad practices should be scrapped for good. Very greedy and sneaky if you ask me

or 13.99 per month and £10 handset cost (£346).

good spot - thanks.

unfortunately, i tried to purchase and it said "order referred" so i rang and they said that the deal isn't / shouldn't be available so they won't be honouring it.
#8
thank you for the advice. i have gone for the deal anyway(thanks op) and i will give orange a call on monday.not be a bigot but it was a bit of a struggle understanding the indian lady on the phone.
#9
ah, jeez, i'm getting "order referred" on the £18.99 now.

given up.

Ordered this yesterday, but failed the credit check. Hilarious, a bank will lend me hundreds of thousands, but EE won't let me buy a contract phone.
#11
i did the £14 a month contract and got it no problem, wel,i say "got it" it hasnt arrived yet lol
#12
hmm, maybe it was a credit issue for me too... not what their guy said on the phone tho...

Although I dsiagree with yearly price rises EE are now very clear that the price will rise every year in April based on RPI figures released in Feb. it's usually arond 3%

The only network that I am aware of that will not increase your price mid contract is Vodafone.

But that said, with this deal and more so the deal on the M8, I won't be complaining about a couple of £'s when it is miles cheaper than anything else available at the moment.

Wife got an upgrade. Worked out better and she was originally paying 24pm. Got deal on 18.99pm. Orange tele upgrade service was giving stinker deals.

Went online and Was referred but customer care sorted it. Many thanks to OP for saving us £199.

Don't know why this deal ain't pouring lava!

Got my mom the iPhone 5c from the other ee deal thread.
After showing this to her, she now wants to buy two, one for her and one for my dad.
Is there any possible way to apply the voucher code twice therefor getting 2 phones for £20 up front cost and £13.99/month for each phone?

The only way I can see this happening is to get one phone per order.
#21
I'm likely being dumb but can't find where to find this deal so can someone shed light?

Also, I've been keeping an eye on this phone or the Xperia Z1/Z2 Compact for a while. What do people think of this phone? I'd rather not go for such a big phone as the M7/M8 and rather have a 'compact' phone such as this. Cheers in advance

Excellent just ordered £13.99 per month + £10 upfront and £30 quidco

Thanks, brill rang then, went through a couple of details and my new phone is on its way. This is a fantastic deal. I was paying £24 a month for a sim only plan. Now I'm paying less and i have a new phone :)
#36

Order referred, phone up, said I can't use the code for the £13.99 tariff.
That sucks.
#38
