Was instore at Tesco Prestwich and picked up one of these 1gb SD cards for £1. Comes in a cardboard envelope on a hanging display down the side of a shelf IYKWIM!
It is labelled with Blubox logos and comes with a free trial. Plenty left yesterday when I was there.

A 1GB SD card is pretty useless these days, though. And I'm sure nobody is going to bother with the Blubox trial.

These are great for digital photo frames, the DSI, and the WII.
Just format the card and get rid of the Blue box software and sorted!.

People with older devices may find these of use.

If they go the same way as smartmedia, they will go up in value.
I sold my old ones for quite a bit on fleabay, and the total storage didn;t even get to 1GB

bought 15 of the last time. good for old camera's. Especially my Panasonic FZ20, which drains battery & acts slow if I put 2gb or more.

So I got one of these from ebay, and it won't let me format it - even if I move the write protection button. Is this a restriction on the cards themselves, or is mine just faulty?

Sounds like a problem you have - the cards formatted for me that I picked up a few months back without any trouble on both Vista and WMCE (XP Pro)

Be lucky to find any stock of these at this point in time to be fair though...
