Just saw the Iceland deal for £4 thought some people would like an alternative option to Iceland at the same price. As a student these are great to defrost for meals and saves a whole load of money compared to buying fresh chicken. Also frozen chicken thighs are £2.50 for 1kg so a couple of great money saving deals there.

Frozen or not this still gives you 21 grams of protien per 100 grams still good to me

Was 27grams per 100 last time I purchased - hope they haven't changed it

Well, it could well have changed if the product has been injected with water. I have seen cheap frozen chicken which has been as high as 20% added water.

I agree with the comment about the water had a fillet for lunch defrosted and water ran over the plate

Has it never occurred to you that water is an intrinsic part of the freezing process?

Have you ever taken any out of the freezer and defrosted it and seen zero water?

Have you ever thought about this?

What rubbish are you talking about. Have you taken fresh chicken and frozen it yourself, there is no water being released when you defrost it. You take this cheap chicken and its sitting in a pool of water by the time you defrost it.

I supposed you are fine with all the liquid being released when you cook cheap bacon.

Have you ever penned a paragraph containing more than one sentence?

They were separate questions Taaaarquin (god I hope that's your real name) and therefore shouldn't be in the same paragraph IMO.

I've barely got a clue what you're talking about multi-login-user, but it did make me laugh.

No water comes out of something when you defrost it, that's brilliant. X)

Lidl do a kg of fillets for £3.99

And so do Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys... But this is £2.50 so I'm having a BBQ

If you read the OPs comments he/she says that the £2.50 is for thighs and the fillets are £4, they posted this as an alternative option to going to Iceland

Someone has changed the price not sure why. It's 1kg of fillets for £4 and 1kg of chicken thighs 2.50

This is the correct price according to OP, people are thinking that they can get 1kg of fillets for £2.50, misleading

I've no idea about the thighs but the breast is normally £4 per kilo. It went up from £3.99 about two months ago. I regularly buy them but quality is variable. Sometimes loads of water comes out, sometimes very little. Still a good base for curries though and handy to have a couple of bags in the freezer. £6.29 at the local butchers, not really an option for me.

Disappointment when you score with a chick and shes wearing this, I would rather a chick got a nice set of implants. :D
Even more disappointing when you find a sausage downstairs.
Worse still, a chipolata :(

They must have an intense rear from popping eggs out all day. Or did you mean reared?

The verb is in the active. If it wasn't, all the other verbs would have to end in 'ed' too...

Whoosh!!! Lucky I ducked as this went straight over my head.

Surely you wouldn't need to duck if it was going over your head?

I ducked first and then it went over my head. Lucky I did duck or it would have hit me!
