Found a load at my nearest market, 3 for £1! Bought 3 cases :-) Was just out of date, but it's water, so it'll last a while. It does have added fruit sugar in it, I was drinking bucket loads of it and put on a bit of weight, very fast, so be aware of this.

From http://vitacoco.com/uk/faq/
What is the source of the “natural fruit sugar” added to Vita Coco?
The fruit sugar added to Vita Coco’s non-flavored coconut water is natural and derived from fruit such as pears and apples. Vita Coco does not use corn-derived sugars.

Thank you :)

But don't forget some natural fruit sugars are more calorific and fattening than refined sugar/artificial sweeteners.

Tomwenn are you sure it was coco vita and not some coconut water like rubicon which is from concentrate? As i drink at least a litre a day which has aided my 3 st weight loss since last april??
