Good deal but I would remove the words 'great titles' from the wording...

LOL the "great" is from a "cut n paste" from BT vision website and not my expressed view

I just rung sky for something else and got 2 months sky movies for £5. So not a bad offer either,

You got it for free (thats still too much!) They charge me £4 a month which I thought was good at the time until I started using it. You can tell how desperate they are.
#8
I can pause live TV with my freeview box- for free ;)
#9
Jackie Brown is worth it for 1p. Rest are rubbish.
#10
download for free ?
#11
I have a question.... for the people who think BT Vision is crap, which other company would you recommend?
#12
voted cold because of your op

Why? Video on demand is the way forward and BT Vision does it well. It is much better value than $ky.
#14
Voted cold, you can download movies from internet for free and in High-Definition. BT is a rip-off because it should be free if your british! Also phone lines in britain should be free.

BT Vision is the biggest load of ********, although the remote control is pretty snazzy;-) This is a good deal, esp from those tight b*stards at BT.....heat added!
#20
if everything should be free how do you expect these companies to pay employees and grow ,yes free would be nice but this is econmy is in shocking state as it is if we start giving everything away soon none of will have jobs and we would be come a 3rd wolrld country within years ,
#21
BTV is crap -i worked as tech support and the **** we had to tell customers was embarrasing. thanks god i dont have to help people with that piece of **** anymore.
#22
Your voting it cold because of the distribution method?

1p for a film is prob the best value legally. Whether you like BT vision is irrelevant, the OP wasnt about it, more an offer that is on it.
#23
£14.68 a month!! I think not lol.

In our country we have to pay for TV channels, and license. In other countries they watch our premium channels for free, foreigners also have the kindness to stream our channels to us on the internet via their TV so we can all watch. Asia stream all their channels via internet, they were the first to develop programs capable of doing this and no one is losing out, advertisements fuel the economy of TV.
Here is another example of scandal, we have to pay for water services, however Ireland do not bill for water. Why should Brits pay to drink water from the tap? hmm?

If your intelligent get Virgin Media and go via Quidco to get cashback, I got my cashback and my tv and phone line is working out FREE
#25
A good offer:whistling:
#26
I like the offer , I can record on BTvision box if im not there to watch, overall it's the best alternative if you can't/won't get Sky.
#27
I have bt vision and it works fine, sky is too expensive and its owned by the tyrant that is rupert murdoch and you cant get virgin media up my way. good deal
#28
damn they are some old films, even at 1p I would feel ripped off.

My wife works for em so it actually cost her the annual bonus. Bonuses scrapped but free broadband and BT vision

Vision is a great product, im not sure how some people can call it rubbish.

Up to 6500 Hours of on demand content which gets updated weekly, ESPN is free if you take out the £14.68 viewing pack or above. (£156 a year) Quidco is £50. £106 for all that content is not rubbish, I know people who pay sky that in 2 months.

Premiershp games on demand

Sky sports coming in August

Also this is keeping sky on their toes.

Although i voted hot the films really arent great but for 1p you cant complain
#36
Good deal although films are not that special. Isn't it time for the 3 month free subscription from lovefilm yet?

The part in red is wrong, you only need to take out a single viewing pack now. For example Picture Box is only £4.89 per month. It used to be that you had to take one of the value packs, eg Bronze, Silver or Gold to get the ESPN for the price of the viewing card but they changed it. What you will need to do now is pay £90 for the box (unless you get a value pack it's £45 for inbound sales, i.e. you phone up and order and they do do a £15 refurbished box now and then but this ended a week past Friday for the inbound sales team. They are still showing the refurbished boxes as available on-line though.).

Hope this helps.
