Amazon is less that a quid more, and people around here seem to have a problem with ebuyer for some reason.

I'm not sure it's a case of an issue with eBuyer, This isn't the best 24 hour deal they have had, Yes it's £2 cheaper than the current Amazon listing, But it's bit of a poor effort on eBuyer's part.

Try and return anything that is faulty that you've had for a few months and you'll understand why...

I've had a faulty product replaced by ebuyer, and they didn't even ask me to return the damaged item.

I've not had any issues with them.

I had a faulty motherboard, two weeks old, they bitched about me not returning the CPU cover with the motherboard. This is the tiny piece of plastic that covers the socket. A bloke on this very site helped me source one, by this time ebuyer had relented and gave me my money back so it was all for nothing. They were awkward, difficult, slow and bloody minded.

Everybody has their own experience and my first one with ebuyer customer service was very painful. Yours was good. I have spent approximately £2,000 with them over the last three or so years, CPUs memory, motherboards and monitors. I can't say their biggest customer, but I won't buy from them ever again. Once bitten, twice shy.
