A search of Buffalo drivestation plus almost any make of drive seems to throw up results on Google and it looks like pot luck as to which make of drive is fitted. Rather like Lacie then, you get what they decide to fit that day.

I have no intention of becoming an active member of Scan's forums and its really starting to annoy me that people post prices without delivery costs.

Voted cold as currently £79.02 at amazon with free delivery (for everyone.)

Well then that is your choice. Point is that you CAN if you want get the P+P free.

And if I got a job at Tesco I would get staff discount so maybe people should post deals including that as it is available with a little effort. Or if you befriend the builder down the road he'll probably do you a good deal on that extension in a few months.

I understand your point of view but I think it's one step too far for the average person when looking at the price of something.

I am in the same boat as you, I hate when people post deals without including postage but with scan almost anyone can get free postage with a few clicks.

Why not register today, save postage today and in the future? Agreed this deal isnt VERY hot if you pay postage, well its still one of the cheapest disks available but not THE cheapest, but I'm pretty sure almost anyone using this site will be happy to make a few clicks to save postage costs forever.

I'm sure becoming a hexus.net or AVF member is much much repeat much much easier than taking a job at tesco (if they're hiring, that is :p ) and befriending a builder by buying him a 100 pints.

Maybe it works differently in your world or you have real difficulties logging onto a forum.
