Much better than the scan deal with their dodgy avforum "free postage" which I never get (does anybody else?). I think it's a scam by scan/avforum to get attention. Hot from me for Aria.

Really, if you're buying one of these you need to buy two and mirror them. ITb of data is an awful lot to lose if it fails and it will fail, they all fail in the end and quite honestly, how much faith can you have in something that costs £57.39?

What I really want is something that will reliably store my valuable data. This isn't it.

Hot, but cold.

Works fine for me. If you have problems your account may not be properly setup so I'd suggest asking on the Scan section of AVForums and they should be able to help you.

The price isn’t that low as there have been quite a few 1TB drives around £60 recently.

I used to get the free postage. But now with the same account I don't.

How many times have people said that about PC parts only to watch prices continue to drop?

They exist and are avialable atm. My cousin is a software developer/engineer or something like that and her company gave her a 1tb usb. I was gobsmacked and immeadiately jealous

you can get the wd 1tb for £65 off ebuyer advantage being it has 32mb of internal cache compared to the 16mb of this drive

Will Sata2 drives work on a Sata motherboard like mine??
#27
i bought one of these at the time on this deal but had to return it, firstly it seemed like a carriage damage near the sata power port but it also wasnt working and keep coming up with disk error. however aria have emailed me back saying the claim has been rejected...
