Nah, last day at work, so had time to look through and see if anything was worth ordering.

Do not think so, I would rather expect an increase - fewer competitors on the market means no pressure to reduce the price.

not quite - they've sold them to seagate, but instead of cash, bought stocks in seagate - effectively they're merged instead of having sold them. samsung now own 9.6 % stake, and have a samsung exec on seagates board of directors

I click the link, sign into Scan, add item to basket but at checkout it includes £3.99 carriage for the drive?
