Why is this being voted cold? Is it cheaper elsewhere or a repost?

Don't know mate. just saw it and thought it was alright deal for this hard drive.
it was posted a month ago for a couple of pounds cheaper and went to 447
Why is this cold?

Seems ok to me - what am I missing?

This happens sometimes decent stuff never gets to see the light of day because some one saw it cheaper at some carboot sale 6 months ago.
Daft really, supply, demand AND availability are all part of the equation.

Reminds me of the time I was ringing round breakers yards for a fuel pump for an old car for my cousin.
The guy quoted me £50,
I said "another breaker only charges 30 for them"
He said "well why don't you buy it from them?"
"They don't have any in at the moment" was my reply,
He said "Haha yes, ours are also £30 when we don't have any in" (_;)
Fair play to the fella, One of those little gems that sticks.

I pass this story on so that others may take note and learn from it's wisdom grasshopper......But knowing some of the posters on here, maybe not. X)
Great price
Maybe because....A 2TB Portable..just about all makes...is only another £14
But hey £14 is £14 at Christmas ;)
Verbatim 2 Year Limited Warranty according to the Verbatim store, thats poor imo, WD gives u 3
WD die regularly..
WD die regularly..

tbh 3yrs should be minimum, seagate offer 2 and look how bad their failure rate is

where'd my comment go....? I'll say it again, this is a pretty average price imo.
