This is unbelievable. It works out at less that 5p a litre! They are normally about 79p.

I'm not sure how long the special is on for but I was in ASDA yesterday and they were zooming of the shelf!

Oh wow. Let me get in my Hummer and drive 2 miles to Asda - causing as much environmental damage as I can - so I don't miss out out this one.

Make extra sure you stop by Aldi and pick up a can of baked beans for 5p too.

Some people are so predictable.

And do you actually live in the UK? Its just we do actully have public transport so at least some of us who want to avail of this deal might get on bus to get this so cut the eco green rubbish every time someone posts a supermarket deal that doesn't stand to save you a few hundred quid! Also some people will be off to do shopping in Asda today anyway and if it was not posted may miss this
Its a worthwhile post to some - for example if you were having a kid's party you could sve quite a bit of money on this.

If you was so concerned about the environment why would you be driving a Hummer in the first place, any journey in one of those is going to cause unneccesary damage to the environment. :p

There is no valid reason for any private citizen to drive one of those beasts other than to try and compensate for lack of other things.......
They are designed as a military vehicle and thats where they belong. If and its a big if IMO opinion you actually own one how many times do you use it off road? I'd imagine the roughest journey it takes is the speed bumps outside the local schools!!

You know what they say big car small..............(insert your choice of anatomy here):whistling:

I saw a strectched hummer last night.
Instead of thinking "hmm, I wonder who's in there?" like you would 10-15 yrs ago
I thought "Hmm, some chavs having a hen night, how classy!"

RE this offer:
Go diabetes!!! :)

Its nice if you get your facts straight, the intake of lots of sugar alone doesnt cause diabetes ;-).

They also have the Diet Lemonades on offer too, problem solved!

great, load the kids up on aspartame, phenylalanine and other c*ap cos its cheap. No doubt there'll be those out there wondering why they're diagnosed with ADHD down the line. Its cheap for a reason - it'd be better for you to drink your own p*ss...

Yeah, Diet Lemonade so you can get your daily Aspartame fix to increase your risk of a brain tumour - nice! So it's Lemonade for Diabetes and Diet Lemonade for a Brain Tumour. Take your pick - the health police won't let you eat/drink anything these days
