may be selected accounts only. I just log on my top cash account and see this on the home page, I do not receive email about this.

Please beware shop with £10 plus VAT to qualify for this offer

Also this might take a while to get pay, I always set a reminder on my email calendar.

Topcashback has declined my last three bonuses so I don't believe in this offer any more

This should have only happened if the transaction was also declined. We'll be happy to look into this for you if you drop us a support ticket on your account :D

Terms & Conditions
During this promotion members of TopCashback are able to receive an additional £2.50 cashback when the below Terms and Conditions are met.

Please do not worry if your bonus does not track straight away. Some merchants, including eBay, Debenhams, Not On The High Street and Ali Express may take longer to track, please allow up to 7 days before raising a support ticket.
To be eligible for the £2.50 cashback promotion, you must be a member of TopCashback.co.uk. You must activate the offer via the activation page, click through from related promotion and click 'Activate Promotion'. Activation will be reported back to TopCashback.
You must make a purchase through TopCashback between 00:00 GMT July 13th 2017 and 23:59 GMT July 14th 2017. This is avaliable on all merchants across the site.
Your purchase amount should be £10 or more, this is the purchase amount reported back to TopCashback, some merchants may exclude VAT or delivery charges.
You are eligible for additional top up for a maximum of 1 individual purchase.
You can earn a maximum of £2.50 cashback.
Tell-A-Friend, Sign Up bonuses or Snap & Save will not count as one of your purchases towards the Cashback Bonus.
Cashback Bonus will be added on to your account as a seperate cashback amount once the original transaction has tracked. Please allow 7 days for this to appear.
If you cancel your order, the Cashback Bonus will be removed.
Only one TopCashback.co.uk account per person is allowed.
Cashback Bonus may not automatically apply to purchases where a Missing Cashback Claim needs to be lodged to get your purchase to track correctly. If this is the case and your claim is successful you will need to raise a support ticket to be awarded the bonus.
TopCashback will not be held responsible for any technical failure or otherwise which prevents participation in this promotion.
Events may occur that render the promotion itself or the awarding of payable cashback impossible due to reasons beyond the control of TopCashback and accordingly TopCashback may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to TopCashback as a result.

Wilko tracks at the full amount, so no need to factor in VAT.
Thanks OP.

Brilliant, thanks! I didn't think I qualified as I could find it on the initial logged in page. I had to look at 'offers' from the top right of the homepage and it was listed there...just in case you're a bit dim, like me.

Hi Matt - I'm still waiting for my Easter £2.50 pay out- the wilko transaction has gone through okay - do I need to raise a support ticket as it's still sitting in pending? I didn't bother with the last promo because of this.

mine was never paid last time. The transaction did not track and I put in a claim which eventually resolved that problem but the £5 extra was never added.

We are going to be checking up on the previous bonuses and making sure these progressed as we expected. Should they not, we will be making amendments to ensure this happens. In the meantime, our team will also happily help if your transaction is payable but your bonus isn't :)

Best wishes,
Matt

If your claim was resolved positively please either post a message on the claim or in a support ticket. We can double check on eligibility and if you met the terms and conditions of the offer we will happily award this for you :)

If your transaction is successful this will be awarded. The only reason the bonus will not be awarded is if the merchant declines the cashback as ineligible. If this happens you can normally claim and if the claim is successful we will award the bonus.

Best wishes,
Matt

Try log in and browse the offers on the home page (some had said they gets the offer emails, so there would be link on that email if that so), click on the square 'activate' button then go through shopping as usual (make sure pause ad block and allow track and all cookies). Hope it helps

Looked at my activity on Quidco this morning, and had a laugh, just got paid for 3p for a £2.88 Costa's purchase made in Nov16, whilst at the same time confirmed tracking from June 2006 has just been declined.
Agree with the comments about TCB, and they for me have less declines.

Well I have filed a claim but nothing seems to have happened with it so far.

It generally takes 12-16 weeks for the network to reply back to a commission query. If this has passed, please do lodge a support ticket or post on your claim so our team can help you as best as they can.

Best wishes,
Matt

I am sorry to hear that, you may have tried this already but clearing cookies before logging in can help with your tracking, as can disabling ad blockers and in-browser add-ons.
