Cheaper than Aldi/Asda atm.

If you are a new customer, you can use the £20 off £80 spend, which is 200kg of potatoes for only 60 quid, cant argue with that.

i) Is this the right time to pull them out? or can I wait till September? My garden is full of them, the previous owner grew them, only that I'm going away this weekend n not returning till mid September. Thank you

Not as cheap as Home Bargains who do 2kg for 49p, often maris piper too, a premium potatoe in other supermarkets; proportionately cheaper.

Ocado are hardly the cheapest supermarket around - quite the opposite. For almost everything, except the odd special offer, their standard prices are top of the tree.
