Wickes do 25kg bags of decorative gravel for £5.99. This seems expensive.

Reduced from £47.88 lol....for 12kg

I suppose if you want a few stones for a small fishtank or similar this may be ok but that would be about it as 12kg goes absolutely nowhere. if you got the maximum 4 packs you would get just over a 1 sq mtr coverage.

Hmmmm.....Maybe you don't have a concept of area....12kg = 0.36 sq mtr coverage at 5cm depth which would do for a fishtank of 1mtr length by 0.36mtr width or 3ft 3" x 1ft 2" ie a small fishtank. Also 5cm depth is quite small or stingy whatever way you look at it....

Question is what kind of drive do you have at home?

Stop being silly with your fake calculations. I have ordered these stones when they last had this deal and 12 kgs is a decent size box. Who said you need one box to do your driveway anyway ? Take yourself to sleep if you have nothing better to do with your time.

You really don't have a clue do you? Even when given the facts, as for fake calculations try this http://www.fishtanksandponds.co.uk/calculators/substrate.html

Erm...the description in your post above actually says. "Ideal for driveways, patios paths and borders" you can only buy a maximum of 4 x 12kg packs so using this is my basis for that comment.

I was not trying to get into an argument with you just saying that 12kg is a very small amount with very little coverage...pic shows a bulk bag (tonne) and a 20kg bag next to it and these are just 12kg so gives you an idea of small an amount you are getting.

Do you also think you are well endowed by the way?

Listen fella - it's either you don't like the deal or you like it. All this Mr Clever-cloggs nonsense on the internet is no different to sitting on the high table in a mental hospital. Now either vote cold or hot and go on your merry way.

You keep replying so how can I possibly go?

I actually voted cold immediately but thought for the help of my fellow members I would just point out how small an amount you were getting in this deal and gave an example of a fishtank. You challenged my facts and I just confirmed them and gave you the source of information.

If being proven wrong and losing face is too harsh for you then just be quiet and don't continue to reply to my posts as unless you reply I have nothing to add, it is entirely upto you 'fella'.
