Jeremy Clarkson's family invented Kilner jars

Are they actually Kilner jars or 'Looke Likee' ? I bought some no name ones a while ago from Robert Dyas and they leaked like a sieve. Good Deal if they are legit - Wilkinsons have Kilner Jars for around £2 if not.

No they are 'Looke Likee' ones with the brand 'Home etc' on them as in the pic. Have not tried them with anything in yet but have no reason to suspect they will leak from having a quick inspection.

P.S. have ammended title

If you're after different sizes, ikea have a range (search for slom on their website).

Their 0.5l and 1l are 89p each.

The larger ones get a bit more expensive though: 1.8l £2.59, 2l £1.59.

2 for £1 is a bargain though, heat added :)
