If you do not want Us to use your data in this way please update your marketing preferences found under the "My Account" section in the mobile application.
1.2 How We share Your Information with Retailers and other third parties
We will disclose Your Information to Retailers and other third parties as follows:
if you make an order via the Service, we will transfer Your Information to the relevant Retailer so that you can make the purchase direct with the Retailer;
if We or any of Our assets are acquired by a third party, personal data held by Us about you may be one of the transferred assets;
if We are under a duty to disclose or share Your Information in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply the Terms and other agreements; or
to protect Our rights, property, or safety or that of Our customers or others (this includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction).
We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to Retailers except in the case of an order; but we may provide them with aggregate information about Our users. This is statistical data about Our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. We will not share Your Information with any third parties, including Retailers, for their marketing purposes.
Your Information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Us or for one of Our suppliers. well just checked junk folder no email from Simply Tab, dont know wen they have sent to me, not sure how long will kept email in Junk folder... :-(

email containing codes was from filmology not simply tap.
Yes I have used them as well it was in the spam email folder check for "FILMOLOGY" thats where the email came from!!!!

When I got them it went in to junk folder so you might have deleted it by accident.
