Thanks, heat added
I dont see how this works.
Do we have to use a a particular airline (perhaps one that charges more than double?) or do we just find our own best deal with any airline? do we pay full price and then ask for a refund-discount at the airport?

HOW TO USE........
"# Upon receipt of your booking request form, our booking agents will contact you within 28 days to discuss your requirements and confirm your booking in writing. Our agents will then send you your tickets/confirmation letter via email or the post. You must present your tickets/confirmation letter when you check in.
# Please note that all booking request forms must be received by 17.03.09 and all European flights must be taken by 17.05.09.
# Please take your ticket/confirmation letter with you and present them on arrival at the airport in order to redeem this offer."
From the information that needs to be provided on the claim form, I'm assuming that they search the flights for you depending on the departure airport/ destination. If you find that its too expensive once they contact you, you don't have to book it. Some info provided in the terms and conditions may also help to answer your questions.
