  Most people only need one cucumber at a time. I thought Tesco were supposed to be moving away from these type of deals to lessen waste.

  If you only need 1 at a time, then surely you'd just buy 1 at 80p? Though worst case scenario, anyone who vaguely likes cucumber could find a way to eat 2 cucumbers over the course of a week if needs be anyway!

  If they stop doing deals on more than one item I will be miffed, most familys will use them no problem and if you want less just buy less. I don't think family's should miss out on multibuy deals just because someone thinks they might not be ale to finish something :s

  Yes , but they don't need to! If they just made the cucumber 50p ie (roughly half price ) this would be fairer for all. You would have a choice...
