Probably a little gamble with what brand you get, but I thought this was a pretty good price when you take in mind todays average memory prices (around £35 for 2GB). Good enough for a budget build.

Also 2 GB PC8500 , DDR2 1066 240 Pin Memory available for £25

CeX – the C stands either for Clowns or Clueless.
Knowing them they’ll send you 2GB DDR3-2000 sticks and before you get too excited they will be faulty.
Worth a punt if you don’t mind returning them but make sure to test them thoroughly before booting an O/S with them installed. I suggest using MemTest and there’s a version that you can boot from a flash drive or you can burn an ISO.

I hate dealing with CeX, bought a used XBox 360 HD DVD ROM from them, they only sent the drive with no PSU. I have contacted them 4 times to resolve it, but no reply. Now it's just a heavy door stopper!!

I find it best to send a message via their website rather than email but I usually need to contact them twice. I pay with Paypal and at least CeX do refund the money quickly.
