Positively secured using a Velcro (and reflective) tab they easily and quickly fit around your ankle or leg, wrist or upper arm.

So many uses but use when in low light conditions or at night-time when: Walking, running and jogging, cycling, dog walks etc. Secure to your person or to your bike/rucksack/equipment

2 Modes of light - solid or flashing, Use flashing to really get noticed and greatly extend battery life. Ultra durable construction and highly water resistant design.

Bought some bike lights from these people a few years ago through Amazon and they have been really good.

I nearly got flattened by a HGV last week on broad daylight because "he never seen me". These are an absolute must on your upper arms left and right while cycling at night. Under a fiver to save your life, a no brainier to me.

Is the aldi one for a single band or a pair?
It's not clear (unless I'm missing something obvious)

Don't ride near HGVs, I know a guy who was sucked off his saddle and under the wheels from an HGVs back draft. He now has no legs. Don't kid yourself that a £4 armband would have made a difference, just please don't ride a pedal bike anywhere that HGVs are likely to pass you at speed. please.
