Plexus Gold Plated HDMI A/M 19Pin to HDMI A/M 19Pin Cable (Black) 2m

Compliant to v1.3 specification

Choose super saver delivery at the checkout and delivery will be free.

For some reason when I add two to my basket it comes up as a total of £5.97....a saving of one whole penny. Good that.

It would seem you can add as many of these cables to your basket as you wish, and delivery is always free.

Note to NI buyers. if you dont want to get screwed out of an extra £5 or whatever they charge for NI postage, make a slight change to your postcode so they wont recognise and you will have to manually enter your address at which point choose UK and super saver. For example if your postcode is BT change it to BI. I have used it to get this exact item, normally I would feel a little guilty but how they can justify charging NI customers a delivery charge when its being sent through royal mail like everyone else in the UK is a joke

Had to laugh when I was in Comet recently, all the staff were trying to get me to buy their expensive cables for my home cinema setup. There was even one guy being sold a £70 Monster HDMI cable for his new PS3 because "it was certified for 1080p".
#8
Nice one cbryanp! Did it get to your house alright? Did you put in 'Northern Ireland' in the address box?

£10.24 it is to ship this to N.I., just a wee bit steep.

Ah but are these ones certified for 1080P ;-) Those Monster ones might have been able to transfer more digital signals, more ones and zeros for your buck :giggle:

For those that don't see the irony in that little joke, don't be conned, as long as the cables are well shielded there is no need to be conned out of spending a lot of money on HDMI cables! Hot Price, Heat added......

Yeah it is ridiculous. No problems getting to my house at all. No dont think I put Northern Ireland in at all just House Number, Stree, Town, County, UK, Postcode

Glad I could help some people

Interestingly enough I can supply 1.5m and 2.5m HDMI cables cheaper than that by a fair sum and I will begin to do so next week. I just got hundreds of 1.5m, 2.5m, 5m and 10m 19-pin gold plated HDMI cables in stock yesterday.

Sweet, didn't know the heat went up that much in the end.

Wish I knew why it was expired when it hasn't changed price in 2 months......

Good for you Delboy.

I think I may even splash out for one myself, I have no need for an HDMI cable at the moment but I've been thinking about getting myself an HDMI Freeview box in the future and it would no doubt come in handy.

got one of these a while ago and it does a great job with my 360. great price heat added.

Thank you.. H+R added

You generally can't plug this HDMI cable straight into your PC's graphic card, because that's usually a DVI connector on the PC side. I've been looking for a DVI to HDMI adapter to go with this and I think this, at 4.99 quid inc. postage, might be the cheapest. It looks like the "right" one for my ATI card, which has a DVI-I dual link - see this useful diagram to see what type of DVI connector you have on your card. It might not be right for you if you need/want a single link adapter though, plus note that audio generally *doesn't* pass through these adapters (ATI have a "special" adapter for their HD cards that you can't actually seem to buy in the UK that do HD audio passthrough).

mine arrivede this morning. That was FAST!

Not to fuel a massive debate that always happens but not all HDMI's are the same. Yes it does just transfer 0's and 1's but EVERY signal can be interfered and with less shielding cables are more prone to interference... it also depends on the error correction of the machine/TV.
#27
I grabbed a few of these the last time this deal came up. Might grab some more
#28
Homebargains have cheap HDMI cables around this price. Cheap USB cables too. I'm sure they will have been posted here a while back.
#29
Upto £3.99 now but still a cracking price with free delivery :)

Glad I ordered mine yesterday! :)
