Had this in an email yesterday always fancied a Mini cruise, this looks a really good price for a two day break.

Its Soul & Mowton music themed (More of a pop person myself!) but a two night cruise from Hull to Rotterdam and coach to Amsterdam for the day looks great value for £59pp (and much cheaper than flying!)

Departs Hull on the 22nd of November
Inside cabin £59pp
Outside cabin £69

Copy of the itinerary below:
Day 1
5.00pm - Check in commences at Hull Terminal 1 - Passengers MUST arrive before 7.00pm
7.30pm - Boarding is completed
9.00pm - Ship departs for Europoort Rotterdam

Day 2
8.00am - Ship arrives at Rotterdam
8.30am - Coach departs from Rotterdam
10.00am - Coach arrives near Amsterdam Central Station (Saturday and Sunday it arrives at 11:15)
5.00pm - Coach departs from Amsterdam (the same place as the drop off point) - Passengers MUST arrive on time
7.30pm - Coach arrives at Rotterdam
9.00pm - Ship departs from Rotterdam

Day 3
8.00am - Ship arrives in Hull

Enjoy :D

Is this the same one ?

If so I would rather book direct and there is promo code if you can find one.

Nonetheless it's a good price imo.

but this is for the 22nd of november?

Good deal. Only problem with these ferry trips is the short time you get to spend in the 'Dam. Only 5-6 hours or so.

Since when has November been in summer?

Cold from me as the P&O deal which they have every year is much cheaper

We did this exact same deal me and my wife a fee years ago.

Got on the cruise ship, woke up the next say and we're in Rotterdam, great! It took us so long on the transfer to get from Rotterdam to Amsterdam that by the time we got off the coach we only had 8 hours of visiting the city before we had to get back on the coach.

Personally 8 hours is no where near enough time to spend in this city and need at least 1 to 2 full days there.

I think it's better to pay the extra few hundred each and just book flights and hotel and enjoy your stay rather than be rushed, as you keep clock watching.

Still votes hot for this deal as it was still a good experience.

I did this a few years back when my kids were younger. We had time to visit the Anne Frank house, visit the Rijksmuseum and a few other things. Really enjoyed it tbh, but have to agree that the was a lot of fun for not much cash.

We also chose the meals deal thing for the cruise (think it was £20 per day per person) and found it to be worth it because the food was of a good quality.

There was also a bit of cabaret thrown in for good measure at night; felt a bit like Butlins, but all in all it was very enjoyable.

That's a huge chunk of your day taken up by the three hour round coach trip from the port to Amsterdam. Surely for the sake of a day trip you'd be better off getting a tram or taxi into Rotterdam and and spending the day there instead. Apparently it's only 15 minutes away.

Bit pricey this deal. Went on the DFDS mini cruise from North Shields to Amsterdam two years ago. That was only £85 for two people and their coach transfers were a mere 30 mins max.

But if you live in Norfolk or Suffolk you don't want to go to Newcastle/Sth Shields!
