Hmmmm.... I'm not sure that I could get away with 531 minutes of Belinda Lang without being divorced by an irate wife.

...am gonna get it...had a huge crush on Lang meself when on the telly 1st time round...an original 'milf'...heat and rep added OP...thanks...bargain x

I enjoyed this when it was on. Shame this is all that's on DVD.

yeah i liked Belinda Lang too, cant quite figure out why lol, also i liked the daughter, the second one.

i bought this years ago on release for a little more than this, was good fun but i sold it when i found out they wouldnt release the other 4 seasons. no point in owning half of something and never getting the chance to own the rest.

Really wish they'd release the other series on DVD, I remember some of the later ones as being great. UKTV Gold show it early in the morning quite often for anyone who's interested.

god this was garbage enough the first time round!

...so what are u into samc ?

That is a brilliant offer. Shame I bought it when it came out but if you haven't got it snap it p and keep your fingers crossed that one day the rest of the series will come out.

I think a lot of people who think they didn't like this didn't see it properly and thought it just another cosy family sitcom.

Grat offer!

Absolute dross of a comedy.

But a good price for what is three series :)

shaiya what u on ?

wot's ur idea of a good comedy ?

remember this came BEFORE 'my family' - also good btw

best of the bunch is 'curb your enthusiasm' I recommend this to anyone ( and not just cos Cheryl Hines is the ultimate 'milf' period.

fawlty towers cannot be argued with any day of the year either now we're talking comedy sitcoms

I don't quite get what you mean. It certainly wasn't funny. There are seven or eight series. Only the first three are on DVD. No more apparently due to poor sales.

The guy who played Ben was very funny - Gary Olsen- he died really young.

Anyone who thinks this is in the same league as Curb Your Enthusiasm, Father Ted or Family Guy needs their head examined!

...not in the same league but just as good in a different way like fawlty towers is...need to view the bigger picture / outside the box...horses for courses i guess...remember...opinions are like assholes...everyone's got one

I used to run into Gary Olsen quite regularly in Canterbury out with his family, he died in Australia of cancer, crying shame he was a very nice guy

Don't get me wrong... I actually like 2.4 Children, I think it's pretty good... but there's no way on earth that it's "just as good" as the three aforementioned comedies. It's good, but it's not that good.
