I've just booked 2 weeks "Meet & Greet" parking on the official Manchester T2 car park with BCP for £56. Seems like a good deal for those travelling abroad this summer and the link works for other airports, ports and durations too.

The discount code is embedded in the link (you'll see a little message pop up to say it's been applied) and it also waives the credit card fees and SMS notification charges.

How reliable is it using a third party for Airport parking ?

I've never had a bad experience yet (not used BCP before though) but this is just using the third party as the agent - the parking is on the official Manchester Airport car park at T2.

have a play around... I booked through http://www.bookfhr.com/ and i paid 36.08 GBP for 18 days parking (meet and greet) for T2 for October last week...

I got the link from MSE... so this is not so much a great deal if you work it out day for day prices.

Just a quick FYI maybe no use, if there on "holiday extras. Com" you can book via them and claim cash back via quidco.

There's nothing like that price coming up - but then summer holidays would probably bump it up. If only I was going away last October and not this August!

Edit: I've just found the FHR link on MSE and 2 weeks is coming up at £58.07 - so still (marginally) more expensive.

Use the link on MSE http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-airport-parking#fhr

£31 for 2 weeks for Oct £56 for August :( (guessing the price will alter depending on the time and dates used)

Guess it's best to book well in advance...

Booked last week meet and greet at Gatwick via sky park secure for £58 for 10 days plus tracked 20% cashback at Tcb.

Would rather walk a few hundred yards or get the bus than allow a meet & greet driver to thrash my car

They drive it from a bay at the drop off point into the adjacent multi story 100 yards away. I'll take the risk.

Then use it for two weeks as a taxi

....or else use it in a daring bank heist or drug run (or both). You never can be too careful with these airport parking companies. They're all run by East European crime syndicates. I read about it in the Daily Mail. It happens!

They didn't make very much in mine when I went away in May - I took a photo of the odometer before I left it and they added precisely 1/10th of a mile.

They probably clocked it!

J/k btw - as was my previous post, I've used meet and greet for years and never had a problem. Just makes me laugh how wary some people are - esp Mail readers X)
