A 2 week holiday in Faliraki reduced from £407 p.p in an inland view studio. The resort/hotel isn't quite my cuppa tea now, but definitely would have been 10 years ago!

Great price for 2 weeks.

Includes flights, transfers, accommodation and reps.

Good flight times leaving Gatwick at 11.10am on the 15th June, returning 8am on the 29th.

Hotel description:

Set back from the main road in an elevated position overlooking Faliraki, the Rose Studios offer a good standard of accommodation. A thirty minute downhill stroll will bring you to the resorts sandy beach and the buzzing centre of Faliraki with several shops, bars and restaurants just a ten minute walk away.

Been here before actually, not that bad. True its a bit 18-30s but you get what you pay for

Faliraki has loads of bars n places to eat and its pretty decent, plus you can get the bus to the old town in 30 minutes which is a lot more traditional

Went to Faliraki with a bunch of work mates in 2000 and had a great time. Very lively with lots to do - Skysurfer was a highlight along with the ringos and also beach parties they had on. I'm sure it's just the same now as it was back then. There's a really huge aqua park about 20mins drive away that's well worth going to. Absolutely not for families though.
Excellent deal, hot but beware these studios are a fair distance away from the beach and attractions - description states a 30 min walk which is a fair way after a heavy night.

Again, it depends on the type of holiday you're after. If it's booze, chips and loads of 20 somethings falling about dateless .... you'll probably enjoy this.

Not my scene. I went to Rhodes a few years back and stayed just outside Lindos .... which was a beautiful place. Also went up to Rhodes town (old and new) which was also decent. And then we stopped off in Faliraki for a day. It was a complete dump compared to everything else we saw on the island. Looked they just didn't ever bother cleaning the place up as they knew the next 18-30 tour would just trash it again.

But as I say, if you want to get hammered and lie on a beach then this is hot.

Big fish little fish cardboard box.

"A thirty minute downhill stroll" - Means a 2 hour uphill hike back to the apartment lol

I worked in Faliraki between 2000 - 2007. The place is NOT so geared towards club 18-30 etc anymore. There is PLENTY to do for families during the day and also at night provided you stay off of Bar Street which is still aimed at the teeny boppers albeit nowhere near as busy as what it was. The above comment about the place not being clean is utter nonsense. My last year there the locals had worked really hard to lose the bad image the place had gained due to tv shows like Club Reps (which was nothing like Faliraki btw) and it is now more geared towards families and nationalities other than the British.

Be sure to check out Jamaica Bar and for the younger ones Georges bar.

Faliraki beach is also the best on the island IMO.

I say what I see. (or saw in this case)

Can't remember exactly when I was there. Around 2005/6 I think and compared to the other places on the island we visited, it was pretty grotty. I do seem to remember they were trying to lose that image at the time mind you so it could well have improved since then.
