2 x Adult VUE CinemaTickets for £5.79 every tuesday

This is my first post,

I have signed up to Super Tuesdays on VUE which gives you a unique code that brings down the price for 1 Adult ticket to £5.79 each.

I have then signed up to merkat movies 2 for 1 for a year by buying travel insurance for £2 which gives your another code which then gets you an extra ticket for free!

Vue do charge a booking fee of 75p per person each but im guessing you can use these codes over the counter on the day save yourself £1.50.

This works out at about £2.90 each to see any film every Tuesday!

Shame my nearest Vue is Starcity. Watched Fast & Furious 7 there last week, stuck behind a group of girls and women who filmed and took photos on their mobiles everytime Paul Walker had screen time.

Also the only cinema I've seen people take in a full meal (in a Pyrex) and use iPads while the film is running.

or just pop down my local cinema in London and buy tickets for £4 any day of the week.
COLD
The amount it would cost me to get to London and go to your local cinema I think i'll stick with this deal.

This deal will be HOT for more than it's COLD that's for sure

Good price for two tickets (even though it is only for Tuesdays).

And congratulations OP on your first post.

For info, Lloyds bank customers get 6 Vue cinema anytime tickets (or other lifestyle benefits) every year.

Club Lloyds account only which has some deposit and direct debit requirements, though they are straightforward to comply with.

I stopped going there a long time ago even though it's close to me, full of chavs half the time, loud and ignorant people in groups, phones always going off etc...

I miss the Millenium Point IMAX.

The requirements are only to avoid paying the £5 fee and to get interest on balance, £1,500 a month payed in and 2 direct debits respectively.

6. Super Tuesday cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

That is one of the terms and conditions.

Would this offer work if you paid at the box office?

Ah, thanks for correcting. Though it is only worth it for the cinema tickets if you do follow that requirement.

How do Lloyds customers get 6 free tickets per year? do you have to sign up to special account or just being an account holder?

My local VUE has had to compete with an independant cinema so has reduced prices to £5.99 off peak / £6.99 peak anyway. Still doesn't beat the £4 the independant cinema offers though. Mind you VUE is more of a premium experience I'll admit.

Yup - still much better value than £2.40 for a ticket you can only use on a tuesday.

I miss the Millenium Point IMAX.

Didn't see any chavs in there, think the locals scared them off.

The IMAX was very good, watched Aliens there a while back was amazing (after the rename).

My usual cinema is the Cineworld in Wolverhampton, I had passes for the year and never got any annoying chavs in there, must have gone over 100 times. The one on Broad Street is just as good.

Criteria: You need to have a Club Lloyds account and choose cinema tickets as your lifestyle benefit. They send you an email after a couple of days of opening the account.
If you already have an account (Club Lloyds) then call the customer service and ask them how to activate the lifestyle benefits. They should be able to help. More info here: They also have the contact number there.

I tried to use my ST membership number on the website and it just refreshed the page and didn't work so spoke to someone on vues chat service and it wouldn't work with their's either. Hopefully it's just a glitch and they havn't picked up on it and are not stopping you using both. I'll add some heat once it works.

I quite like the broad street one, otherwise I go to Solihull as their cinema is usually fairly clean and decent.

Bit like a holiday. I would want to take my children to Florida in the school summer holidays. just because there's is a deal to New mexico for march for £100 posted, it does not make it a hot deal. VUE is overpriced at the best of times and just because its doing a special for a tuedays does not make it a great deal.

It also doesn't make it COLD

If we all went through saying everything was cold just because it wasn't what we were looking for the site wouldn't work.
