2 Pizzas for only a squid at Lidl. By all accounts these are very nice.

Flavours are cheese & spinach and veggie.

Tip: also try the fresh pizzas, which come in four cheese, salami, meat feast and olive, they are £1.75 each and in my opinion the most delicious pizzas to come from any supermarket.

I have tried a few of these cheapo pizzas for about £1, £2 etc from different places and they are all absolute rubbish with their dry spongy cardboard crusts and nasty cheese toppings. You get what you pay for I suppose. However , some people seem to like eating them so I will click on hot for the money saved.

The spinach ones are nice but did not like the veg ones. A shame my local Lidl is always out of the spinach ones when they are on offer.

These are excellent, they're every bit as nice other frozen pizzas. Actually, I buy these when they're full price install of Goodfellas etc, I honestly think they're nicer.

50p per pizza is a bargain, I've stocked up because Lidl offers don't last very long.

I second that. They have no taste and are a total waste of money even at this price - cold from me :x
Are you for real or just taking the piss?.
#16
sounds nice, will have to try them

Nope there are cheaper and better own made pizza than the lidl crap

Seconded.
Lidl are good for some things (e.g. their Greek yogurt) but these frozen pizzas are the worst kind of junk food. Cardboard base and tasteless fatty topping. Its not snobbish to want to eat decent food.

Please share with us then. You can get the same size pizzas that taste better and for less than 50p :?.

I don't know, maybe you guys are eating something different to what I'm getting but they taste fine to me. I bet most of these cheap pizzas get made in the same place anyway. Just branded and shipped out to the different supermarkets. Bit of dough with some sauce and cheese slapped on the top, it's all the same to me.

I don't tend to buy frozen pizzas but I could not be bothered to prepare anything the other day so I bought the veggie ones expecting them to be rubbish but to fill my stomach. I was wrong! I really enjoyed them and I was pleasantly surprised to see there were two of them (I didn't really read the box so I just thought it was a thick based one :)

Thumbs up from me!

Think you'll be waiting a long time for the answer to that question :whistling:

Couldn't agree more, I can completely understand why people wouldn't want to buy frozen pizzas.

But these are just the same as every other frozen pizza, be it supermarket own brand or Goodfellas, San Marco etc. I do enjoy cooking good food but I also like to have the odd frozen pizza stocked for days when I'm hungover and can't be bothered cooking or whatever.
