have they advertised this? i was instore yesterday and had the biggest argument because of their price match "promise"
I basically told them to match Game for God of War at £35 and get 10% ( which is of th difference between the 2 prices) and the guy was being a proper knob because he wouldnt ring the store down the road as the automated phone system sells it at £35

They were putting out the lables as I was there today at lunchtime.

Write a letter of complaint to head office. I did after being messed out on 3 price matches (1 refused, 2 that were difficult to get honoured) and they sent an apology and £20 gift voucher.

I did suggest it seemed like it was standard policy to avoid honouring the price match; not surprised little has changed.
