Yes, I know what you mean, M&S do seem to a do a lot of offers in the past year or so. I guess it is a sign of the current climate and customer expectations - nobody wants to pay a full price!
I remember placing my order, then M&S doing 20% off, so I had to order again and return the first lot lol

I'd take that with a big pinch of salt, they usually stack

I don't suppose anyone has any insider info on when they'll next do the school uniform 20% off?
I couldn't order when it was on a few weeks ago, as one of the more important items (a blazer) went oos, but is magically now back in stock and as spending quite a bit, would rather wait for another 20% off event!
Thanks in advance!

Hopefully another 20% off with staff discount! Thanks op

Indeed wants to pay full price anymore, but it just shows how much we've over paid for items in the past prior the economic downturn. Some of these companies that offer big discounts are still making a profit.

New website, sales fell hugely, they're still bleating on about bedding in but I haven't shopped with them since. They keep sending vouchers but I find it awful to navigate, what's with the horizontal menu in the middle of the screen that isn't even ordered alphabetically or by popularity (unless mattresses became a huge seller). I've a big screen but can only see 3 pics at any one time because they allocate a large box for the pic but sometimes it's quite a tiny pic. And they only load the pics as you scroll down which I hate. Tesco and JL used to use lazy loading pics and they stopped because consumers don't like it so you have to wonder about the retail expertise of the team that put this together. I work in retail marketing including websites and my company this this is one of the worst they've ever seen from a big company.

I know loads of people are not happy with their new website but it might be just me, but haven't noticed any difference at all. They asked me to re-register again few months ago and that was it. I don't think their website is brilliant but it will do. I guess I don't look into that much detail in it, just order and get out lol

I agree, my better half was always buying stuff on the old m and s site, but since the new website she's not bought a thing!! I hear her moaning about different passwords, how slow it is, and no phone number to buy. She wrote (you can't email) a letter advising them of the issues, it also crashed 3 times whilst she tried to purchase something, but they never replied, said they never got the letter, then found it, but still no reply.

She shops with next online, much better and can order up until 9pm the night before!

Good riddance marks!

I used to go on the old site loads. I mainly shop via my phone and I have tried to use this site but its so annoying. I had the email for 20% off this morning and I just deleted it.

Hate the website now, anyway, looks like you stack LL5OFF30 which if buying lingerie or hosiery on orders over £30.

M&S prices went up with a bump a few
months ago. The 20% offers started a
few months ago.
I wonder if there is a connection at all?
