As you say though, it is for a much wider range than just M&S, hence the reason this North Coast jacket is included.
Just need to hope they give me a refund on the one ordered last night, as I have reordered at the lower price (but can't cancel).

first time i tried it i got it said 'your order does not meet the criteria for this offer. please refer to the promotion details'.
then i went back & had another go & managed to get it right in the end,
when you get to the delivery page, make sure you choose the nominated day delivery option & not the standard delivery, enter your code in the next page & it should take delivery off.
i added another item of women's clothing to my basket just to see if the delivery was still free, but the delivery discount was immediately halved (instead of taking £4.95 off for the 1 item of men's clothing, it was now only £2.47 discount). i think that's very sneaky of m&s to do that.

glad to be of help, it took me a while to work it out! can't believe how mean m&s are in charging delivery for extra items ordered at the same time. :|
