Good offer. My local Tesco has stacks (and I mean stacks) of this left after last week, so they're probably trying to shift it. There was 3 pallets at the front door and 2 promotional ends full of it.

Bought two cases earlier today, the price tag on them says the deal expired on 16th August but I think they have been left with so much they are still trying to shift it. Good price!

300ml are these bottles getting smaller all the time !

Picked up 4 cases last night from Tesco Edgbaston in Birmingham. They had none on the shelf but a helpful guy who worked there said they had pallet loads in the back.

Heat from me!

Cheap, certainly. But Budweiser? Do me a favour. Probably get more flavour sucking the cardboard it's packaged in.:x

Save your cash and buy a couple of pints of Old Woolly Jumper or something instead

Support your local pubs, and your local breweries. :-D

Careful guys, if you're ordering it online, you risk there not being any left when they do your shop and substituting it for stella or some other crap for twice the cost. Plus you need to order delivery before they come off sale or you'll be charged full price.

Yes that does happen but remember you are not obliged to accept the substitue item so you can just refuse it if they bring another beer instead.

Yes totally agreed. If they're not lowering the alcohol content then they're making the bottles smaller or failing that they're decreasing the size of the multipacks. My girlfriend likes WKD and in recent years that's gone from being something like 5.5% abv in 330ml bottles to 4.5% abv in 275ml bottles. Personally I'm still smarting about Stella not being 5.2% abv anymore!
#24
Your gonna need 20 bottles to get drunk anyway with the size of them. 20 bottles at small sizes doesnt automatically make it a good buy because its £9. The price may be lower than usual, but does this make it a good buy?
#25
Picked 3 up @ Hartlepool yesterday!
HOT, HOT, HOT!

Got my pack ! woo

Is Stella still 5.2% in Belgium then? I remember reading a post on another forum from an Inbev rep who said they reduced all Stella to 5% to make sure customers always knew what they were getting (as if they were doing us all some kind of favour or something, as draught Stella always used to be 5.1% and apparently this was causing some confusion for customers.......yeah right!!) Unfortunately the best you can get in our local offies on Stella is 6 cans for £5. I tend to stock up these days whenever the supermarkets are doing the offers on the crates and that works out only half the price.

Great deal.
Heat and rep for the OP.

Picked up two cases earlier, will go back for some more later today I think.

Less than 50p per bottle.... show me a pub that does these for less than £ 1.50 a bottle and I'll become a regular ;-)
#31
Haha, we sell these at 3.30 a bottle, that is quality.

Haha, we sell these at 3.30 a bottle, that is a proper rip off.

And pubs are closing down at the speed of light because of the smoking ban...

Aye right!
#34
They have been 300ml in pubs for as long as I can remember! So 45p a bottle is a bargain
#35
I somehow don't think the place I work will be closing down sometime soon. :)

But you can't sell these as they are clearly marked up as not to be sold singularly!
£3.30 what a rip off, my club sells them for £1.90!
#37
We didn't buy these and sell them on, I work at Manchester United in the boxes.

It is a rip-off I agree but the people who go in them can afford £3.30 and also tip quite nicely. :-D:-D

How long have you been drinking? About a year? They always used to be 330ml. Only plastic bottles were 300ml as far as I can remember.
