I don't really understand these, theyre so expensive

Noones gonna notice 3200x1800 on a 13" screen surely?

Honestly first time in my life I'd recommend an iPad as a saving!

It's only 1209 on Amazon and was cheaper; Amazon is also eligible for 200 cashback.

It's cheaper on Amazon at around £1209.97, (so that comes out as a tenner over a grand), Free delivery also and boom!

The whole APU (CPU+GPU+uncore/IO) consumes just 4.5W with 6W Turbo. Which dedicated GPU do you know of at that TDP range?

The integrated GPU still has 24 compute units and they are a new major arch (EV8) over Haswell/Ivy (EV7.x) - so it's decent over current ULV designs (15W) at 1/3 power - that's Atom territory.

This is a very light, very thin long battery life laptop - not a 3kg Alienware gaming laptop with 30 min battery power.

Careful now, people don't like common sense round these parts...

These pcs are amazing I have one think thinner than mac air and can use as a laptop with active digitizer too. Iwent for one if these over a surface as with the keyboard you can use in bed etc....

doesn't seem to work out online. is it instore?

It's a great PC - not a gaming PC, but very quick, versatile and easy to use. However, it was on sale at the start of this month for a slightly lower price at John Lewis (via the VAT cashback offer) with a third year of warranty too.

the cashback is direct from lenovo, you send in the receipt as a scan or photo 21 to 51 days later.

There are various other retailers that are participating.
