£97.97 for a "gliding" rocking chair & stool. RRP £300.

Got one of these as an "impulse purchase" when buying some other stuff from KiddiCare. Got it for a feeding chair for impending new addition, but turns out it's also really good for pregnant mums (and lazy dads). Both the chair & stool rock so very comfortable.

Seen similar in Mothercare - the rocking stool alone is about £80 from memory.

It says pre-order with a shipping date of 31/11, but it also said that when I ordered about a month ago, and it arrived within a week or two.

These are sooooooooooooo comfortable - great price

These are great but just wanted to say that the price has been this level for 2 yrs or so and there are sellers on Ebay who sell them for about this price too. I got one from Kiddicare 20 months ago for about £125 and it was reduced from £300 then as well.

This is still a very good price just don't like it when retailers pretend it's a special offer when they offer this price all year long...For new parents I'd thoroghly recommend one as it's been a life saver for us when the baby needs feeding in night.

Remember sitting in one of these in the hospital when our little one was born, really comfortable. Mind you, I was dilerious from lack of sleep and would have found sitting on a barbeque comfortable!!

we have one of these too - probably the best baby thing we brought - you'll spend a lot of time in the nursery reading to the little one or feeding him\her - may as well make in comfortable!

As already said we paid around £125 almost 2 years ago too so I'm not sure when it was ever £300

There are tons of these in various sites with different brand names.

Cold from me for 2 reasons - it used to be £90 delivered, and you can get it from here for £89.97.

I always wanted one of these when my children were babies, but couldnt afford it as they were £300+ at that time, now at that price I think I`ll have another baby!!

Always fancied one of these but thought they were over-priced.

Great find.

Heat added!

We bought this model about 18 months ago for our third child. Can highly recommend. They're great for feeding the baby before they go to bed

Would this be suitable for chilling out and lounging in front of the tv for hours on end?

As an expectant father - i have one of these, mainly used to watch tele with! its great, the mechanism is silky smooth an well engineered. Prolonged use does lead to feeling a bit sea sick though!

Do remember, I see it's been missed by many, that you can get it £10 cheaperhere.

My wife and I bought one of these for the same price around 18 months ago so, as has already been said, the 'reduced' claim isn't quite 100% authentic.

Nevertheless it was a great purchase and has proven invaluable in terms of nursing the baby before bed-time and especially during the night.

I'd also contend the quality of the item is better than similar chairs in Mothercare etc. The wood and upholstery is much nicer.

One tip - ensure all screws are kept tight as they can work their way lose over time.

Does anyone know if you can make the rocking mechanism not rock at all? As it sounds really good to have in the nursery, but my partner gets really sea-sick. So thining it would be nice for me to use when feeding baby, but she just won't use it like that, but would use it if it could just stay still. So wondered if that was possible?

Cheers :)

Worth noting Kiddicare will match this price plus 5% of the difference for good measure.

Then quidco on top so great deal imo

Anyone any idea to this question?

the one i have doesn't lock. some i have seen do have a lever at the side of the chair which acts as a pin, and locks it. best to check before you buy...
