Size XL
Up to 20Mb fibre optic broadband

Size M
Over 45 digital TV channels

Size M (picked cheapest as virgin phone is a rip off and we all use mobiles now)
Unlimited weekend UK landline calls

Free wireless "G" router (£20 extra one off charge for wirelesss N, which is a lot better then wireless G)

Quidco is £65 and virgin give you £20 the first month, so it averages to £23.92 oveer 12 months.

EDIT: you can get the better phone for £3.75 or £7.95.

Also, 10mb internet is £6 a month less but virgin media cap your download speed very quickly and its annoying, but worth it for some at £17.95.

I cant see TV as worth it because its overcharged and worse then sky.

Size M (sky>virgin , or you can pay £10 a month more and get sky1)

£10 a month for Sky1... That's extracting the urine surely?!?

sky is £16 a month but i rather pay the £6 extra, virgin is crap.

you should only get virgin as it actually makes the package cheaper.

I used to be a Virgin customer. TV had problems. Internet (DNS) was down often. Customer service and billing was truly terrible. Phone worked acceptably but was expensive if I made calls. When I had finally had enough the company behaved like an obsessive ex-lover and bombarded me with calls and letters begging me to stay.

Apart from that it was great so best of luck.

never had a problem in over 10 years. great broadband as no download limits (I download about 100GB per month!). Phone and M bb = £15 per month :)

They offered that last year so your £15 package will be coming to an abrupt halt very soon, wait until you get the new bill.

If you look on MSE, you'll find VM have got very tough and are not offering any decent deals when peoples contract has come to an end. I was on the 2MB for £10 deal for the past 2 years. Now they want £20 for the M package (which will move to 10MB although it's a poor mans L service) or £15 for the BB Small with a 12 hour cap if you download more than 200MB! They had the 15 offer you have on last year, and I would suspect that a lot of people with the same package as you will be coming to the nd of the contract and will get a shock! You have done well and I'm happy for you.
