Dell currently running a promotion on this monitor with £37 off until 01 June.
Additional 10% off with promo code: HPJPS?CV7J3M1W
Brings this to £100.57
Next closest I can find for this particular monitor is £130. Most 22" (21.5") monitors with HDMI sit around this price also.
This is different to the ST2220M posted here as the ST2220L has HDMI: http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/dell-21-5in-st2220m-uk-full-hd-wled-widescreen-monitor-vga-dvi-d-for-93-83-less/945974

Yeah £30 is a cracking deal, but for those looking for something with HDMI have a choice of this, the alienware for £130 or the 24" for £150 (with the promotion). This one requires no monitor to send in and you get HDMI (if you need it)

i know, great deals....was tempted with the 24in as HD but not worth it for me as have a samsung 23 but 1680x1050, but bought the 21.5in with recycle promo as the kids have an old 17in HP LCD monitor (still works perfect but is 12+ years old) which ill send back (id have been happy with £30 for it!!)

The DVI with HDCP on the other Dell deal = exactly the same video element/capabilities as HDMI cabling/interface.

You would just need also to transfer the sound to the monitor to achieve the same as a HDMI cable (though as the monitor has I think no speakers it's rather pointless to worry about the sound too).

I assume this is of no use to you, but I imagine for people with similar setups to mine any combination of DVI adapters would be less than ideal. I, for example, have a PC running into the DVI (and 3.5mm audio-in) and an XBOX into the HDMI. The monitor has a 3.5mm audio-out into which I plug my speakers. Your suggested solution would require:
HDMI device into DVI adaptor into DVI switch
PC into DVI Switch
DVI cable to monitor
PC and HDMI device audio into audio switch (with possible need for HDMI A/V splitter)
Speakers into audio switch
;)

How do you do this - when I click on the monitor on the Dell Reward and Recycle screen it gives an error. Discount is actually £60 for this monitor.

The Dell Reward discount is for the ST2220M not the ST2220L.

£60+£10 towards postage......so, yeh ok its really £60 as postage isnt technically free, plus 10% from quidco/topcash if they pay up (so £10ish)

As far as I can tell, the old monitor you send back has to be from dataserv's list of "certain used monitors", but I can't find this list anywhere.

Reward amounts and lists of old equipment approved for this Reward & Recycle programme can be viewed at any time on the updated programme at http://www.rewardandrecycle.com.

Quidco tracked at £7.53.
