This was posted a couple of weeks but they have now extended the offer.

£15 per person per night an dkids go free, not the best offer they have done but hey everything has gone up. Great hotels and for a couple and kids for £30 a night is great value when compared to some of the lodge style hotels.

£15 rooms sold out for easter if you have kids

Dear me £15 for a quality room soooo cold.....never mind as long as some get a deal from it. Beats travelodge or any of the other cheap chains for quality if they have a De Vere in the area you want.

be careful to check for free flowing cappuccinos

Some DeVere are excellent, some average, and some pretty poor. Its odd how they can vary so much. We've stayed in quite a few and they're not as consistent as other chains are, but if you get a good one, then £15 pp is a steal.

Yes, you may be right. I have stayed at a few but liked them all,

Whites at the Reebok stadium is a great 4 star hotel with good facilities and superb shopping, recommended...Great for shopping.

Theobolds Park near Enfield another 4 star hotel I have stayed at many times due to work and lovely hotel good gym etc and the rooms especially if you get one in the original house are enormous, recommended...Great to be near London but in a hotel with all kinds of lovely animals running through the grounds.

Hunton park near watford stayed here a lot also, pretty uninspiring really, nice hotel, nice rooms, nice grounds but pretty bland overall. Great again for being near to London, watford junction for a train right into London is not too far away.

Latimer Place....This place has to have the most sensational view of any hotel I have stayed at. The outside eating & drinking area looks across the valley and only people who have been and know what I mean will understand but it is worth staying there just for the view. They also have full size games outside in spring / summer when I have stayed there which is great fun. Again if you are lucky enough to get a room in the old house they are big and very nice....the other building across not so big rooms but nicely done and all the facilities you need.

One that does not get great reviews is Cheadle house near manchester, it is a beautiful building but in a weird place, a little out of the way from anything. The rooms are ok and have been recently refurbished a lot of them and the only thing that lets them down for me is the tv's which are stupid 12" box crt tv's. The manager said they were all getting replaced last time I stayed there about 6 montsh ago so fi gers crossed....as when you stay on business you need a tv to watch.

By the way I have nothing to do with De Vere I just travel a lot for my job, have stayed in most of them and stay around London sometimes 3 or 4 nights and the De Vere are my choice of hotel for the following main reasons. Generally reasonable prices, always FREE parking, always FREE internet, all have a FREE coffee area with biscuits and some even have free soft drinks, usually decent sized LCD screens, many have a Gym, some of them are very very nice hotels for the money.

As an independent traveller for business and leisure I don't accept poor quality and find De Vere very good and very resonable.
