I just bought another brand 22" monitor. i did see this one but the slightly lower contrast ratio put me off and I thought it worth the extra few quid for a brand I know.
However if it was a BenQ.... meh :) good spot tho.

I also bought this last week, great pic Benq with not a dead pixel insight :)

what does viewing angle mean?

Whilst great for gaming and surfing my 20in monitor I bought last week I find it very hard to do normal work on .I find the glare from that size of screen makes it difficult to focus and induces headaches.
Just some feedback for people considering a larger monitor think how close you will be sat to it!
(guess who is back using their diddly screen)

what does viewing angle mean?

It tells you how far to the side of the monitor you can be before the picture starts looking 'washed out' or dark. If the Viewing angle is small (bad) it means you have to be directly in front of the monitor to get the best picture. If it's bigger (good), it means that you can look at it from a wider range of angles without the picture looking washed out or too dark.

what it means
you can't view all lcds at all angles without them loosing colour to your eye, you have to look near enuff directly at them so they look spot on.

Oh....it's ok, doesn't have DVI so is of no use to me anyway.
#17
No DVI......... no way I'm buying this!

Thanks OP - perfect for my folks who've been looking for a cheap 22 inch. Lack of DVI doesn't really bother them too much ;)
