Plus delivery for most people - If you pay for delivery, as most people do it's cheaper at Ebuyer, less than 110 quid delivered (Super saver)

But it really comes to something when people aren't willing to make 20 posts on a forum so they get free NEXT DAY delivery on a website which is pretty much the cheapest around (minus delivery costs).
Super Saver can take ages, and £10 for that option with this monitor. My last order from Ebuyer was for a TV...and what turned up after a week? an 80GB hard drive.

I agree, Ebuyer are crap, but Scan have messed me around more!

I personally couldn't be bothered to post at all in a forum I am not interested in.

Good price but no HDMI which I need for the PS3 so my hunt will continue

Could be HDCP through the DVI port and HDCP is only needed to play Blu-rays, not games on the PS3. So all you need is HDMI-DVI adapter.

HDMI to DVI cable, solves your ps3 problem.

I ordered one of these monitor last week on scan, delivered and setup for a friend yesterday, Overral its very good even on VGA input, it has 1 dead pixel and a purple patch on the screen, was disappointed , called up scan and then told to call up DGM and send it back directly to them.... later i called em up and complained then they said i can send it back but might take up to 15 days....Endded up not sending it back too much hassle

For once I agree with nihcaj, avforums is a bit blah to be honest.. had a look on there to see what the deal is and answered a few technical probs people were having... only got one reply saying thanks too. And it's not just 20 posts you need, the mods supposedly trawl the site looking for spam posts or posts that don't contribute to the site (that'd leave most of HUKD members out, lol) - so by the time most people would make 20+ good posts on that site this deal would probably have finished.

And rightly so, this is a deal for their valued members, not for people to sign up and spam their site! I've been a member of AVF for years and saved loads with the scan delivery offer.

It's a today-only deal from the 10th so you've got til 11am, maybe 12 until scan switch to the today only deals for the 11th

I bought a Digimate 19" monitor from Dabs over 3 years ago.

Backlight failed within 3 months so called Digimate as it had on on-site warranty. Their idea of on-site is to send a courier and take it for 3 weeks, not answer emails or calls and ignore you. Fortunately I work down the road from there workshop/head office. I phoned to tell them I was coming to collect it (it wasn't fixed) to send it back to Dabs. On arrival they had locked me out. As I was about to leave a worker on a fag break opened the door to go inside, I got in and spent 45 minutes arguing before they returned it repaired. They had however forgotten to reconnect the buttons on the front.

I'm still using it now and have had no further problems with it.
This is a great price but if you get problems with it send it back to Scan.

Is this HDCP compliant?

I ordered samsung monitor from Scan, they sent me faulty one. I sent it back, Still waiting my money for a week. What a SCANBAG they are,

I have had one of these for several months, not a bad monitor, certainly good for the price.

I don't think it supports HDCP.

Not a spectacular deal. This monitor is always around £105 to £110 from Scan, Aria, Dabs, Ebuyer and Uncle Tom Cobbley. I actually bought mine from Dabs for £105. Just check who has the best deal on the day.

How can they be unaware of something yet still think it doesn't apply to them? That doesn't make any sense. And get rid of the stupid font.

Shame this wasn't HDCP, I would have got it otherwise.
