I don't think the government have much to do with Asda deals.

i think the 45 bottles of bud for £20 is a cracker.

in fact i like the deal so much im gonna have to buy more!
#13

What pi$h lager!

Agreed. Nothing less than 4% passes my lips. The brand is plastered over Liverpool football tops too. That makes it ultra Pi$h! :)

I personally can't drink more than 4 cans of this due to the amount of gas build-up... truly terrible!

I had to give up lager due to stomach problems and the gas in lager made it worse, at the time it was ok because bitter was cheaper, now it seems all the damn deals are on lager at the moment! :x

Better deal is Becks 15 btls for £8 or 3 packs for £20 from TESCO. I cannot drink the british brewed stuff too many chemicals. Becks is 5% and imported (and I'm not bothered its German)

When we saw 24 cans for £10 a fair few years ago (16 years to be exact), we thought it was a great deal back then. So with 16 years of inflation not changing the price, this should give you a good idea as to -

a) the margins involved (i.e. high) and b) the quality of the product (i.e. awful)
