These are great for when your away or want your lights on when you get home.

Also great for xmas lights.

go and see your local community policing team - you may well find they give this sort of stuff, and more besides, away for free.

No way, Hose......in my area you will get a bill for their time. Don't get me wrong they do a good job but around here you don't get freebies.

I always used these until I read that a fire brigade blamed one of these for someones house catching fire. Its made me a bit uneasy. So please do make sure its up to British Standards and not some cheap import

It is usually the light on the timer that is the problems. Lights get hot, and if they are close to something flammable, they can with some bad luck start a fire. As long as you use energy saving bulbs and keep them away from fabric, it should be fine.

well, if you don't ask, you'll never get!

most community policing teams have separate budgets for crime prevention equipment.

try it - who knows, you may be wrong!

Half the stock in Poundland deserves a listing on HUKD but this is a good one to pick out.

Hot (but I hope not too hot re comments above)!

I'm using this short item for long time and there is nothing wrong with it, unless if it is a cheap made.

Like 10 batteries for £1.00 was disaster, it leeks and destroyed the items.
