When supermarkets have deliveries of these they are usually only about 90p then Poundland get the leftovers I reckon!!!

COLD - I picked up a 4 pack of Weetabix in Costco last weekend for much cheaper.

They were 4x 24 pack+50% free per box, so ended up with 144 weetabix for four pound something (can't remember the precise price, but it was something like £4.36).

So, get down to your local Costco

Costco? You mean....

Costco is an exclusive wholesale cash and carry membership warehouse club and is not open to the general public. Membership is required. You are eligible for trade membership if you are a bonafide business owner/manager who can provide evidence of trading. Follow our Trade membership tab above for further details.

The one that costs £20+vat a year membership?

Yeah, right, lets all go to costco to get some manky weetabix, works out much cheaper than Poundland

Of course, if you meant another Costco, I apologise for my sarcasm in advance :)

No you are correct, that's the Costco I am reffering to ... I'm a member, and bought some Weetabix for less than is being regarded as a HOT deal on here.

:p

I mainly became a member as I needed a full set of tyres for my car (I'm not a trader, therefore the post you made is not 100% correct) - anyway I ended up saving over £200 on what Kwik-Fit and other retailers (even cheaper than BlackCircles) were selling their Michelen tyres for. Now that I've made that large saving, the membership cost is irrelevant.

Therefore for those on here that do hold a membership card, the Weetabix they sell is cheaper than Poundland (hence my posts) .. and they also stock plenty of other 'cheaper than the high-street' products.

So, your sarcasm is wasted on me, although I'm sure you amused yourself, albeit very briefly.

I was passing the poundland in Aberdeen today and called in to get a box of these, couldn't see them on the shelves but they did have the weetabix minis with chocolate.

Then i managed to disgrace myself by enquiring about the price of the reading glasses on the revolving stand.........doh
