This beauty just popped up on the today only page - stunning price - £163.33!

1920 x 1200 Resolution (i.e. full 1080 resolution + a little more height), 800:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time, 3 year warranty, DVI & VGA - cracking "little" monitor!

Probably a TN, but hey, you can't have everything (esp not for less than my 22" TFT cost a couple of years ago!)

If you want free delivery, then you need to be a member of Hexus.net with a certain number of posts - feel free to search for it, but it will take a day or two to get "activated" and from my experiences "Today Only" stuff often is only there for a day and then goes. Also - the FSP700-80GLN, aka the 700w PSU from FSP (a very good PSU manufacturer) is back in at £35.19 on the "Today Only" page...

Please do NOT vote Cold without posting why! This is KILLING HUKD!

This is another rebranded version of the digimate/yuraku/iolair MB24W so build quality will be poor and it may or may not have a DVI socket.

WOW!!! Stunning deal!!!

TFT is getting cheaper and cheaper nowadays...

I think we can get a 24" monitor sub 100 quid in this Xmas..

Will be OK for web-browsing, games & sitting directly in front.

Not for photography, & not for people wanting to use it as a TV because of the poor viewing angles.

You probably right on both accounts, but can you find a 24" TFT monitor made by any of those manufacturers or any other for the same money?

...and it may or may not have a DVI socket.
Official specs on US site say it does, however the PDF on the UK site doesn't mention it. The PDF also mentions "One-year limited warrranty on parts, labor and backlight", but Scan says warranty duration is 3 years.

I called Scan sometime ago & they're going to physically open a box, check the inputs & get back. Never done this before, so unsure whether they'll keep their promise or not. Will try to find out about warranty as well & update the thread if I hear from them.

I've a customer interested in this - so I rang up on this one... apparently it has DVI (and one of the sales chaps has just bought himself one... so was checking on the back of his own unit!)
