Is there sth wrong with their time count?
I'd like to buy the MSI Wind U100, is it a good deal here?
Coz I think 1G+160G+6 cell could not be cheaper at other places.
Anyway heat added.

Good prices and decent delivery, but when things go wrong they are very poor IMO (although not quite in the same league as Pixmania or OCUK).

i wouldnt hesitate to use them again.... in fact im looking at some of the offers now.

I returned sth about 2 weeks ago, apparently they received it, coz quidco declined my cashback, however they haven't gave my money back. I'm not sure how long this will take.

Getting a refund takes about 2 weeks min.

Double-check what sort of warranty is offered.

Remember that the retailer has a legal obligation to sort out all warranty claims made within 12 months of the date of purchase.

Just wondering how our accounts get credited? There doesn't seem to be a balance anywhere in my account? Did a deal like this a few weeks ago and still no sign of anything!

Wondering the above myself after purchasing shiny NC10...

Account credit is usually automatically applied to the customers account within the same month/30 days from whence the offer was available and the order was placed.

We try to have our returns processed as quickly as possible. Our returns policy states that a successfully returned order could possibly take up to 30 days to be processed, though we would like to assure you this is not normally the case.

Be wary of account credit. I spent £60 on jeans when it was 50% cashback over a month ago. Have had no sign of account credit and no reply to email sent 3 days ago. Would hesitate to use again if account credit is deciding factor

i bought 2 pair of evisu jeans from them last week, delivered 3 days later superb bargain, but also ordered a acer laptop as was £100 off it in a flash sale, later found out was older model and was same price a few days later, sort of felt duped so i cancelled,so be carefull as everything isnt always what it seems on there check model numbers , as far as warranty i think its a 14 day warranty then they send you direct to the manufacturers if you have a proplem which is also a bit ******, hope this helps

I have sort of mixed feelings about Cdiscount more to do with the returns process than anything else.

I had a printer delivered amongst other things, the printer is DOA so called the customer support (on hold for over 10 mins!) and was shocked to here they don't replace broken items and instead I have to send it back wait up to 30 days!! WTF? for a refund then place the order again?! Don't think so!

I now have to go out and buy the printer elsewhere as it was a birthday present and hope they refund my money.

So, I guess if you need an item as a present probably best to get it from somehere you can return and replace there and then if things go wrong.

Rant over, sorry! No attack on the OP though you understand and I haven't used the cashback thing they offer either which seems hit and miss.

I bought a MSi wind off them to make into a hackintosh. No problems, full UK stock and all sealed as it should be, also came double boxed so no damage in transit. I have also had my account credit everytime I have bought something from them although it has taken varying amounts of time for it to be credited.

Like others have mentioned they don't seem the best when it comes to exchanges/refunds etc which could be a pain if it was needed. The main reason i chose the wind (aprt from being the best for putting OSX on) was the fact it has a 2 year worldwide warranty with MSi so as long as an item is not DOA you should be ok.

I'll be honest mine flys on OSX with the single 1gb RAM so I would try first before you spend the £12 or whatever it costs.

Heres my Macbook Nano

Well, it's OK, I will not spend more on it, actually, I'll remove a 1GB RAM from the note I'm using.
To be honest, I'm more interest in the machine behind ur wind, which I cant afford,

I wouldn't recommend them, they are very crafty in the way they deal, they want your money but dont want to help you once they have it.

I would avoid them if I were you and stick with reputable dealers like Amazon or Play. At least with them you know you will get good service and customer services that care about keeping their customers happy.

On 20th March I've order a samsung netbook from them which was at stock at the time. 5days past way without confirmation of shipment. when I send an e-mail they replied the product is out of stock. At the time of writing this comment the product is still available to buy on their website.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BEWARE OF THEM PEOPLE.
Took the money from my card at 20th. If you don't have the product then why charge money first ? Now they said it is going to take 7 days to get my money back. Am I smelling some scam here ????
