  hi i dont know alot about these as i only have a dvd player, but i am looking to buy my dad some for xmas. he records a few programmes of the telly so he needs the ones that can be recorded over again which ones are they?

  These cannot be recorded over and over again.
  You'll need something with the "DVD-RW" script on it. (Rewritable)
