Any chance of the same glitch as Tesco, on the 2 for £10 wines?

I will try it and post back if it works.

Voucher code doesnt work on champagne . "We're sorry, your voucher cannot be applied - please check you have met the required spend.
We?re sorry, your voucher cannot currently be applied - please check you have met the required spend. A minimum spend on products other than spirits, liqueurs, or wine during any buy 6 save 25% multibuy to the value of the voucher discount is required.

Unfortunately not. However, if you combine the 2 for £12 and the 25% off, you get 6 bottles of supposedly decent wine (listed at £9 a bottle) for £27. Not bad.

£20 off is only if you spend £100! Not £60 according to the sainsburys leaflet!

Set your delivery from the 25th July :)

"For example, if you have a £5 off £50 voucher, you need to add £5 worth of items that are not on the list of exclusions below:

Spirits and liqueurs
Wine during a buy 6 save 25% multibuy offer
First stage baby formula products
Tobacco and related products"

So you cannot use any evoucher codes on just alcohol.

At which point did the vouchers return the error for people to say that they couldn't be accepted? When you added them to your basket or after checkout?
#16
New voucher code won't work unless you have more than £60 worth of groceries in basket. Guess where I'll be shopping next week lol

I only bought wine and I used a £20 off £60 spend AFFVC2X72. There may be quidco/tpc but I use Virgin Shops Away for miles.
#23
Which wine did you buy, thanks
#24
Not working for me either, cold i'm afraid. (unless you can advise what wine you got?)
#25
Code works if you add £20 of groceries and the total before the £20 discount is £60. So put 14 bottles of £4 wine and add £20 of groceries and code works.

I bought Cava. No groceries. Perhaps the code has been used too many times now? Anyhow, vote cold if you like, the deal I posted was 25% off wine, the voucher details were added later, thanks to a very helpful person on here.
#27
Confirm the £20 off £60 code works as long as you buy at least £20 of items not in the 25% off promotion. I ordered £41.30 of wine and £20 of other groceries and voucher worked fine. Cheers OP

this is also instore from the 25th til the 3rd Aug

Just discovered beer works as well as groceries. So order £20 of beer and £40 of wine and the £20 off voucher works.
#30
Thanks Marshy, can't understand why this isn't hotter.

Ordered 12 bottles of wine and £20 worth of nappies for £43 delivered.

Since we needed the nappies anyway I've just got 12 bottles of wine for £23!!!

is this offer valid in store as well?

The 25% off is valid instore but (obviously) not the £20 off voucher.

This should be scorching hot. If you do it right you can get a load of wine for £1.46 a bottle.
#34
Its off all wines now, not just selected wines
#35
Any suggestions for good red wines on offer please

Any suggestions for good red wines on offer please

It completely depends on what type of wine you like??

On the cheap end of the scale is Cellier Des Dauphins Merlot Grenache @ 4.75. £1 less than Waitrose.
http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/groceries/red-wine/cellier-des-dauphins-merlot-grenache-75cl

Its easy drinking, a bit fruity, lively and not too heavy.

It DOES work on alcohol, but the £20 discount can't be on wine alone e.g. if buying £60 worth of wine only, it won't work, but put £20 worth of other "non-exclusion" bits in the basket and it will (or have £20 of "other" + £40 wine).

e.g. I bought ~£60 of wine and added 2 lots of Fosters and some tomato passata (£20) and the discount code came off.

Hope that helps :)

Edit: otherwise you get this:

We're sorry, your voucher cannot be applied - please check you have met the required spend.
A minimum spend on products other than spirits, liqueurs, or wine during any buy 6 save 25% multibuy to the value of the voucher discount is required
