If you haggle hard enough in most Jewellers, 20-30% is usually achievable barring Rolex etc.

However it's nice to not have to go through that process so heat added.

I'd barter for further discount though ;-)

Most people I know find it awkward and uncomfortable to haggle, so 25% off for no effort is a result!
I know it's only a local deal, but it should be of great help to a lot of people, so why the cold votes?

    I've certainly added some heat!

Big heat, omegas are a bargain there, shame it's too far for me to get to........

Is this 25% off the prices on the website or off list as the website still appears to have the prices before the last increase. The Seamaster that is quoted above at £1310 actually lists at £1500 so if it is really £982.50 then that is a huge bargain. However it might be £1125 if just 25% off list (which is still a great price for an Omega!).

Waits for the usual suspects to arrive.....

Hot deal by the way !

£982.50 as I checked instore yesterday - give them a call to confirm (_;)

    £1310 - £982.50

Yeah a) It's mid-size. Too small for most.

    b) It's the QUARTZ model lol.

It's a cheap Omega, but an obscenely expensive mass produced Quartz. You can pick these up for £750 any day of the week, and they are not worth that. If your gonna have a luxury watch, at least get a proper one.

I hve seen these brand new in the states for $790 recently.

This watch will never retain it's value, and never increase in value, unlike it's mechanical counterparts.

Emailed the local jewler to see if they had any offers on, they said the same prices, I went in store and nothing had changed on the tags so worth asking for discount and using this to negotiate which I currently am. :)

The Omega was just an example. What would you class a 'proper watch'?
