A similar deal was posted a couple of weeks ago but had only 2000 points.
Altogether you get 2878 Clubcard points when you buy this as you get 378 points just for the normal purchase.
If you use the new Tesco 3x rule this is worth £86...so just over £100 for a brand new Gen4 IPod Touch! Bargain.
Quidco at 4% makes it £95.....

Hi,

what's the tesco 3 times rule and how do you use it? Thanks, Mike

I'm still waiting for my 1500 points to be added from the first clubcard/ipod offer :'(

The 3 x rule is that you can get 3 times the value of the clubcard vouchers to use on clubcard deals. 2500 points = £25 to spend in the shop or £75 to spend on 'rewards'. There's loads of activities you can use them on.

i believe the extra points can be added anytime during the next statement, so it can take a while!

"so just over £100 for a brand new Gen4 IPod Touch! "

You're still parting with £184 of your hard earned cash you numpty. You just get (upto) £75 of 'vouchers' to spend on stuff you potentially don't want.

I agree, 2500 cc points is better than 2000....but your still spending the same amount of money!

Where do i get the £2500 points from? Can't see anything on the website?

I disagree Spending same amount of money but you can get vouchers which can really be useful for days out (Cineworld, hotels, resturants or grocery which u will require every day) so worth buying from Tesco

Its currently £166 on amazon. So £24 cheaper. £24 you can spend ANYWHERE (or save if you prefer)...not just at cineworld/hotels/retaurants that the tesco vouchers would allow you to.
Amazon is by far the best deal atm...unless you want lots of overpriced crap included in te package (itunes vouchers/rubbish docking stations/cases)

Sorry mate I beg to differ. 189 in Tesco.Use voucher code 184. Go via Quidco 178£ plus 2878 points.Even if I exchange tesco vouchers for those points I get 56 pounds of vouchers to be used in Tesco. That will be easily used to fill my petrol car 1.5times.Your 12£ (difference 166 at amazon) wont do that.Period.Add to that customer service.Tesco wins hands down.

Is petrol £2 for 100 points at Tesco? As I rarely get to use the offers I figured I'd buy the 32GB version with 4% off via quidco is £239 you seemed to have added a voucher code of £5 from somewhere so now £234. 2000 + 234 + 234 points (as double) = 2468 = £24.68, so 32GB ipod for £209.32 a bargain. If I could get double for my points then an amazing £183.74.

So can I nhskbnatia003 get double my points when buying petrol.

Don't give up! keep chasing Tesco, It took me several months to eventually get my promotional rewards for my iphone but got them in the end. Just keep printed records for proof.

On another note - Tesco rewards for places like Pizza Expres and other restaurants used to be x4 and go down to x3 from 6th December :(. Our friends booked a cannel boat holiday for family with their Tesco rewards - mind you they mainly build up their points by using tesco credit card.
