I've found that deal online but haven't been able to get any information on the quality of service itself...
#2
£29 is a good deal when they will actually bring it home or take it on to your destination.
#3
How does this compare to someone like StartRescue? I assume they all use the same people to recover you car (since they claim a similar number of recovery agents and similar call out times). Seems to be a similar service for £26 a year.

I recently joined this lot when RAC refused to rescue gf.said it was 2far frm hme for the cover she had.even tho satnav said different. I.C.Rescue couldn't have been better.highly Recommended.
#5
also worth comparing the range of providers, coupled with cashback deals available from Quidco etc, so that you can get the lowest price for cover that suits you.

It was the freebie cover that she got with her bank acct.
(i dont get considered for accts like tht lol).
i thought tht any decent patrolman would have offered for her to upgrade but he didnt bother
pish poor service for a lone female if you ask me.
Mind i dont think he'd have offered to upgrade me either, cos i'd have lost the plot by then lol.
She only had recovery within a 10 mile radius, and both her satnav & the 1 in his van said she was within limits. His HQ however had other ideas??
The strange thing is,she came home the other day jumping up & down cos the sales agent in her local shopping centre had offered her the complete package (inc homestart etc etc)
for ONLY £8sumthn a month. Are you nuts? sez i,ive got full uk cover for £29 per year!!! however she then said tht the chap had told her tht for ONLY an extra £1 or so,(per mth) i could also have cover.
£12 for a years homestart etc,tempted ......
P.S. sorry to any DECENT patrolmen reading this.
