Anyone know the maximum size of SD card that you could put in the spare slot on this please?

shame there are no user review for this, strange as it has been available for quite a while, but the Sumvision models get all the attention - and their Kpac model is the mutz nutz.

I bought one and had it delivered, but when it came to needing it's first charge it wouldn't charge so I am returning it.

Was so impressed with it before charging it that I am risking getting another one though.

Great screen, nice interface, good sound, not a bad little camera either and you can record movies with sound too, doesn't have a cheap look to it either (not tried FM radio feature yet), also has a few games on there such as blackjack and two others.

Hopefully my next one won't have a dodgy charger as I was very impressed.

Just need to know what capacity SD cards it will take upto.

Money Spinning
and you can record movies with sound too

Do you mean record movies directly with the player Money Spinning?. I just assumed you'd have to drag pre-recorded ones onto the player.

There is a review of the 1GB version:

I think you should be safe using a 2GB card. 4GB+ may be a problem if it doesn't accept the new SD-HC cards.

You have it linked to an image rather than the page itself.

Do these actually play avi files and jpgs or do you have to convert them to the infamous .mtv format like the ones ebay is flooded with?

It has a camcorder facility that records with sound.

Cheers for the info about the SD Cards, I wasn't going to risk a 4GB one but hoped a 2GB would work.
